WHAT ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE FROM?
We are obsessed with materials. We use only premium, durable composites and metals, including aerospace-grade Grade 2 titanium, 100% real carbon fiber, high-density polymers, and 316L stainless steel. We don't do compromises or lookalikes.
IS YOUR GEAR COMPATIBLE WITH MY APPLE WATCH?
Yes. Our gear is engineered for a precision fit with all modern Apple Watch generations and sizes, from Series 4 up to the latest models, including the Ultra series. For detailed compatibility, please refer to the specifications on each individual product page.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery times vary based on your location but generally take between 3-7 business days.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment on our website or the carrier's page.
RETURNS & WARRANTY
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We call it our 30-Day Risk-Free Trial. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team at support@TheAlphaMod.com.
WHAT IS THE ALPHA PROMISE?
The Alpha Promise is our lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. We build our gear to last. If any piece fails due to a production flaw, we will replace it. No hassle. We stand by our gear, for life.
WHO PAYS FOR RETURN SHIPPING?
If a return is due to a defective or incorrect item, we cover the cost. For all other returns (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.
